This week we have been speaking to Louise one of our Sales Controller's I feel very fortunate to have been chosen to be a part of the new venture at the Autoparc, with over 20 years experience in the industry I am happy to bring my expertise to the business to train and coach new and less experienced colleagues. My experience over the years has been in a Main dealer network, my first position as a Sales Administrator was where I got a taste for the business and after a short time I had decided that I would prefer to be at the front end selling the product, I built up as much varied experience as possible from Contract Hire & Leasing, Finance management, Business to Business Sales, Retail sales and gradually worked my way up to ultimately running my own sales department selling new and used vehicles for a Main dealer franchise of a Plc Group.This is a new challenge for me and a very exciting one, the Autoparc is everything I have known before but on a much larger scale, it has been a very easy transition we have a fantastic team here, energetic and conscientious, staff who are from dealership backgrounds previously and others who simply wanted a change of direction from where they were and wanted to join the Autoparc family. -Louise Scrowther Sales Controller |
